Best Workout for Increasing Stamina
- Mountain climber
- Jumping lunges.
- Jumping squarts.
- Punching (only if you have punching bag😄)
So the exercises are same but the main point is that you will have to push your limits every second( and don’t take rest between the sets)
Like if you can run 1km in 5min then next day either increase the distance or decrease the time .
If you don’t preffer running outside like me then you can do circuit workout at home which helps me alot to keep my stamina high.
In circuit workout I do 3 sets of ( without rest)
- 100 skipping
- 15 burpees
- 25 punches (obviously on punching bag😅)
